Refills and Orders
Drop-Off Instructions
We strive to fill all drop-off orders during our next available open hours. If orders are not submitted online it may result in delays. If a refill is out of stock or we have questions, we will reach out to you. Please review our drop-off policy sheet before ordering. Detailed ingredients for all refill items are available upon request. Contact refill@sustainevergreen.org with questions.
Fill out an order online. Please make sure to include contact information and to clearly mark containers if you’re refilling multiple products.

Bring your containers to Habitat for Humanity ReStore during ReStore hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

When you arrive: Place containers in an empty cubby on drop-off shelf (look for a brown shelf on the 2nd floor labeled “Refill Drop Off”), write your first name and last initial on the whiteboard so we can match the order to you.

Look out for an invoice via email or text. Pay online or pay in-store at the Refill Station during our open hours: Wednesday & Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 11:00AM-4:00PM.

Pick up at your convenience anytime during ReStore hours.
